Recently, their marketing intern posted a list of knife-handling tips on their blog and, for me, it was great to get a refresher course. I say this because my 10-year-old son came home from a local cooking class a couple of weeks ago and called me out for not keeping my knife tip on the cutting board. Eek – I know to do this! What happened?
